Little Dragons - ages 4-7
The Little Dragons Karate program is geared specifically for children between the ages of 5 and 7. This program teaches younger children the discipline and self-control that Tang Soo Do promotes in a fun and interesting way which keeps them engaged and excited. It also introduces them to self-defense concepts that they will hone as they become older and more advanced.
Youth - ages 8-11

The Youth Karate classes are geared for children between the ages of 8 and 11. These classes focus on critical martial arts skills such as self-discipline, self-defense, confidence, and respect.
Teens & Adults - ages 12+

The Teen/Adult Karate classes are great for anyone who wants to get in shape, have a great workout, and learn something practical at the same time. While learning basic martial arts skills and self-defense, this program builds strength, endurance, speed, and improves cardiovascular performance.
